METHOD

High performance capillary electrophoresis 

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

Based on the differential migration of componenys of aqueous samples within a narrow quartz capillary under the influence of the applied electric field. Separated solutes are quantitatively detected at the capillary outlet by high sensitive optical system based on direct or indirect UV absorbance.

Spectrophotometric detector, placed on Capel-105M, enables an operator not only to select the most appropriate wavelength within the UV range (190 - 380 nm) but also to perform spectral scanning of separated compounds, thus supporting in peak identification.

Detectors
CAPEL-103 with one wavelength UV-detector lets you detect at 254 nm. CAPEL-105M and CAPEL-105M is equipped with variable wavelength UV-detector, wavelength range 190 - 380 nm.
